Armelle is an engineer, a graduate of the Ecole Centrale. Armed with her 26 years experience within Accenture and her commitment to the subjects of equality between men and women, Armelle Carminati-Rabasse has turned diversity into a strategy and a managerial value concerning human capital. To date she is Managing Director of Core Information Systems of Unibail-Rodamco and Honorary Chairman of the Accent sur Elles programme at the same time.
After being Managing Director for the retail sector in Europe for nearly 4 years, Armelle was appointed Managing Director, Human Capital & Diversity on a global scale in 2006. In December 2009 her nomination as Director of Consulting in Talent Organisation and Management for Accenture France Benelux allowed her to develop the organisation and HR strategy of the “Accent sur Elles” programme. In March 2010 Armelle was chosen among the 50 most influential people in France. After being a member of the “new generation” committee, she chairs The Diversities Committee of Medef*. As proof of her growing influence in France in the field of diversities, in 2013 Armelle was appointed by the French government as a qualified board member of the Regulatory board of professional equality between men and women with the minister of women’s rights.
She is the mother of 3 children.
